“ My God-given passion and purpose are to help and positively influence as many people as possible. As long as you have a pulse, you have another opportunity to create the life you want. Your only limitations are the excuses that YOU create in your head.”
I’ve been a trainer for five years, a nutritionist for 4, and a behavior coach for one year. In addition, I’ve worked as a strength and conditioning coach intern for Twin Valley High School. I’ve trained multiple people to lose over 100 pounds. I’ve also trained army veterans, marine veterans, a current navy member, and a former MMA fighter.
I establish goals and figure out people’s “why!” From there, we build a program tailored to your availability, schedule, and goals. I want my clients to leave their comfort zones because nothing worth having in life is found or manifested in your comfort zone. Next, we tailor a nutrition program based on your favorite foods, guilty pleasures, etc. I don’t want to eliminate “junk” or “bad” but rather have it in moderation or a healthier version. From there, you work hard to stay self-disciplined, committed, and accountable. What you do outside of our training is most important. You cannot outrun a bad diet. But you get what you put in. So, we review goals, behavior & habits, tailor a nutrition and workout program to you, stay accountable, check in weekly, and measure all the lifts, weights, measurements, and more. Keep that going and visit consistently to see results like no other.
