Meet Mike
Mike Rudolf is a certified coach with both United States Powerlifting Association and USA Track & Field and is US Center for SafeSport trained. Mike offers customized 1:1 training.
Meet Felicia
Felicia spent 10 years as a practicing LPN and lends her healthcare background and expertise to promote safe, effective, and sustainable results. She offers 1:1 customized training and is a NASM Certified personal trainer.
